Deal Matrix is intended for legitimate commercial and residential real estate business operations. This includes managing contacts, tracking properties and deals, sharing documents with authorized parties, and generating reports for business purposes.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to: (a) store or transmit illegal content; (b) send unsolicited commercial communications (spam); (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure; (e) scrape or harvest data from the platform; (f) use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Content Standards
You are responsible for all content uploaded to the service. Content must not: (a) infringe on intellectual property rights; (b) contain malware or harmful code; (c) include personally identifiable information of individuals without proper authorization; (d) violate any applicable data protection regulations.
4. Resource Limits
Usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan (contacts, storage, API calls). Automated access must comply with rate limits. Excessive API usage that degrades service quality may be throttled or suspended.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in: (a) temporary suspension of your account; (b) permanent termination of your account; (c) removal of offending content; (d) reporting to appropriate authorities if required by law. We will attempt to notify you before taking enforcement action, except in cases requiring immediate response.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to support@dealmatrix.com. We will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.
