Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full Professional features. The trial does not require a credit card. After the trial, you must select and pay for a plan to continue using the service.
2. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period. Payment is processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. For annual subscriptions, we will send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests should be submitted to support@dealmatrix.com.
6. Plan Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. You must reduce your usage (seats, records) to within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
7. Seat Management
Each plan includes a specified number of user seats. Additional seats cannot be purchased individually — upgrade to a higher plan for more seats. Deactivated users do not count toward seat limits. Seat limits are enforced when inviting new team members.
